You don't need a million dollars to feel rich.
You don't need a doctor's help to heal yourself.
You don't need an MBA to start a business.
You don't need a plan to start moving.
You don't need approval from someone else in order to accept yourself.
You don't need to know a person to change their life.
You don't need to check your email every 5 minutes.
You don't need to prove how clever you are.
You don't need to celebrity status to make a difference.
You don't need to be a model to be on youtube.
You don't need to meditate to be spiritual.
You don't need to succeed on the first try.
You don't need to beat yourself up messing up.
You don't need to save the world.
You don't need to an English major to write a book.
You don't need emotional baggage.
You don't need to hate.
You don't need to get revenge.
You don't need to be an artist to take amazing photos.
You don't need to keep reading this article.
You don't need to listen to conventional wisdom.
You don't need to... etc, etc, etc.

If you sit still and really examine your beliefs and behaviors, you'll find that 90+% of them are not true or things you don't actually need.
