Second. You will no longer be receiving emails from my previous email provider (Mailchimp). Like PayPal, this service once served the little guy and is now too powerful to trust. I prefer to use a platform like Substack, that has routinely defended free speech (even and especially when it’s uncomfortable).

So what’s next?

There will be two categories of newsletter you’ll receive from me if you stick around.

The first is the wide variety of topics you’re probably used to receiving from my past website (tagline “a little bit of a lot of things”). There I covered everything from personal development, parenthood, startups, adversity, etc.

There will also be a separate section called The Startup CXO. After co-founding 5 startups in 15 years and advising dozens as a Techstars mentor, I feel compelled to share more about my journey to help others on their journey. I’ve been blessed with experiencing the highs and lows of startup life, everything from the rock bottom of near company bankruptcy to turning around and transforming organizations to well oiled machines.

Feel free to stick around for one or both of them. My intention is to build up a new set of articles as well as share some of my best-of from the last 12 years.
